February is just such a BLAH month, isn’t it? There isn’t anything too exciting coming up, the weather is dreary, and summer seems so far out of reach. Even our momentary springy weather is about to be replaced by negative temperatures…anyone want to whisk me away to Hawaii? No takers?! Siiiiiigh…anyways.
This weekend, I took it upon myself to brighten things up!
What better way to bring some colour into February than to host a Galentine’s day breakfast? No, that wasn’t a typo…I love me some Valentine’s day, but no one trumps my gals. Armed with breakfast, face masks, and mimosas, I invited a few of my best girlfriends over to relax and try out some funky Korean sheet masks from MEEMO beauty. Luckily, Kathleen, Sam, Brittney and Rachel are super adventurous and were willing try out this fun beauty trend!
Recipe for the perfect Galentine’s brunch? Fruit, flowers, bubbly & donuts. There’s nothing girlier, and it made for the prettiest set-up. Aside from the super cute strawberry bagel Brittney assembled, the massacre of food just outside of the frame included watermelon juice (so good btw), cream cheese and turkey bacon. #relatable.
