What daughter doesn’t love raiding her mom’s wardrobe? Apparently I blacked out while packing for the long weekend and didn’t bring enough clothes…by Sunday, my options were campfire-y sweatshirt or jeans covered in dog hair. My lovely, generous, perfect mother (hi mom) let me “borrow” some comfy fall clothes from her closet, and they were perfect for a blog post.
Other than Pumpkin Spice Lattes and the close proximity of Christmas, dark colours are my favourite part of fall. Whether it be clothes or makeup, I suddenly crave all things vampy as soon as the leaves change. I bought this lipstick after hearing Lauryn Evarts rave about it, and it’s so worth picking up. It’s seasonally appropriate, super cheap, and SUPER pigmented. I mean it. If you aren’t careful, you’re in for a lifetime of clean-up. Apply with care, and reap the rewards (and kiss no-one. I swear Stefan wouldn’t touch me with a 10-foot pole when I’m wearing this…the sacrifices we make for beauty).
